(Frightfest Day 5)
Shades of Carpenter in a film that's best if you ignore the vapid plot and just enjoy the characters.
A much better end to Frightfest than last year.
Once you figure out who the villain is (give it 10 minutes) the only reward amidst predictable in-fighting and shouting is the occasional laughs provided by the cheeky bad boy.
This was a decent ride for the most part. There's no way you guessed who the villain is in 10 minutes - I struggled to remember who the hell he was when he was finally revealed! Maybe I just wasn't paying attention..

ReplyDeleteJesus, sounds like another typical British movie. I can live with missing this.
