    Excellent performances elevates what could easily have been slow and melodramatic into something tense, dark and gripping.

    The imaginary friend detracted, but a great central performance. Not at all sure this kind of serial killer would be dark tourist though, so ultimately unconvincing for me.

    Agree with Joe - perhaps the best single performance of the entire festival is detracted from somewhat by the presence of the dead serial killer, which paradoxically serves to lighten the mood. Great tone to the film though, and a claustrophobic sense of creeping insanity.
