(Frightfest Day 1)
Knife waving, kids, F-bombs, spurious links to earlier sequels. Everything in place for a most gratifying entry in the Child's Play series.
Surprisingly entertaining Chucky reprise. Good mix of humour and horror with an 80s feel, created in no small part by the refusal to go down the CG route and opt instead for old school animatronics.
Very enjoyable but fell apart towards the end. A missing child was forgotten about and Jennifer Tilly came in to confuse matters. Happy to say brad douriff's daughter is hot.
Resurrects the franchise by restoring it to the original format and ties it in to the rest of the movies ably. Good all round fun.
