Dr. Black, Mr. Hyde [Dr. Black And Mr. White]

 
Couldn't decide if this was a poignant commentary on race in the seventies or just an excuse for somebody to white up and punch the shit out of people.

    I thought this was great fun - funky as fuck soundtrack, some inspired lines of dialogue (maybe not enough) and a louche central performance from Doc Pride. First Blaxploitation I've seen though, so I guess the more enlightened would say there are better examples out there.

    Another nicely crafted blaxploitation horror in the Blacula vein. Great to have Mr Hyde/White scaling the Watts Towers in the finale.
