Absolutely fucking brilliant. Shows chilling restraint then suddenly plunges into a terrible inevitable madness.
Made all the more sinister by not having subtitles on the occasional bout of lengthy Spanish monolgues.
The fallout will be existential
Beautiful, harrowing and incredibly well made. The opening few minutes, featuring real life footage of dead children killed by war and famine, is hard to get through, but does actually add something to the movie.
