Only Miike could get away with combining cheesy musical numbers with massive levels of street violence.
Yet get away with it he does.

    Humorously violent West Side Story retake apparently based on a manga - some amusing moments but overlong and surprisingly conventional by Miike's standards. If you only need one Miike musical, and I would suggest you do, make it Happiness of the Katakuris.
