Stoker

 
Style is flung about in spades and whilst there's certainly enough to impress, it's never heaped deep enough to hide the film's many weaknesses.

    A simple, slick 90's thriller decorated with lush visuals that desperately try to suggest depth and meaning that isn't there. Regularly it was both ace and bollocks at the same time. I'm still unsure how much I liked it.
