Flatly animated photographs backdrop banal storytelling (as well as an awful 'on drugs' sequence) which fills time between slivers of outstanding Hicks performances, of which the familiar steadfastedly refuse to grow tired and the fresh pull forth uncontrollable belches of laughter.
