I'm pretty sure Dick Miller died about five years ago. I remember reading his obituary! I do sometimes dream about odd things though. Usually famous people dying.

ReplyDeleteOh right! I didn't know he directed Gremlins though. Gremlins is one of those films I have in my collection without knowing who the director is cos I assume it's a one-off and the director got lucky. Guess I was wrong in this case.

ReplyDeleteGremlins, of course, rocks. I also loved Gremlins 2 but I don't know how that's fared over the years. But, having checked IMDB, he's not done a hell of a lot else. Matinee was good.
I too love Gremlins (who doesn't) but I watched Gremlins 2 recently and thought it was a bit shite. Might have to look up this 3D Hole tho.
