Held up against the canon of cinematic crime dramas, this musters an 'above average'.
Held up against the canon of Ben Affleck movies, this swings in at a comfortable 'really very good'.

    Cracking stuff - especially liked the range of nice disguises: paramedics, cops, nuns, skeletors. Plus a proper car chase filmed from more than six inches away from the cars.

    A very good, solid thriller. Nothing new, but exceptionally well executed. With this and Gone Baby Gone Affleck is proving that he's actually quite talented behind the camera.
