An unlikely combination of A Christmas Carol, Groundhog Day and Final Destination wherein a Scrooge facsimile dies on Christmas Eve and Santa gives him twelve more goes at getting Christmas Eve right, which boils down to Kelsey Grammar trying to give everybody a good Christmas until he upsets someone and a truck appears out of nowhere and hits him. Over and over again.
