An elegantly told doppelganger tale with a pleasing sting in its tail. Far better than I really expected from 60s Danish cinema.

    Before the days of digital identities, just shaving beard off was enough to land your bearded clone in heaps of shit for attempting to steal your life.

    A much better movie than I remember it to be, because I snoozed through parts of it.
