Non-stop slaughter that would probably be more horrific if the majority of people weren't dying from shallow flesh wounds.

    Maybe my favourite kill of Joefest - our first shot of bigfoot sees him swinging a camper round in his sleeping bag, and impaling him on a tree. Pleasantly bonkers all round - I especially liked how poor old bigfoot was blamed for two girl scouts stabbing each other to death.
