Thought that might be the case. It's amazing how many of these adaptations totally miss the mark - almost as if the director had never read the book...
ReplyDeleteThe same was true of Less Than Zero - got the mood of the book totally wrong. Not so surprising, given that it's such an elusive book, but Dead Babies has the raw material for a great adaptation.
