Can be seen as two movies of differing quality intertwined around each other. The first with Pacino is a faultless masterpiece for every minute it’s on screen and the second with De Niro is even better.

An absolute atrocity on every level, but Luigi Cozzi has been involved which means when it gets really, really bad it tends to become brilliant. In fact the film oscillates wildly between being the best and worst thing you’ve ever seen at such a frequency it makes the head spin. King.
