Always thought Shaft was some kind of badass. Watched this and found out he's just a bit of a dick.

    A surprisingly boring cop drama that even moments of relative chaotic brilliance (the bar fight springs to mind) couldn’t save. I think I’ve been spoilt by other JoeFest selections that have done far zanier things with cops such that this seemed all too tame in comparison.
